Wireless Radiator Valve (E) Unassign Duplicate

Step 1

The Wireless Radiator Valve has been assigned to 2 or more zones. This will stop the Wireless Radiator Valve working properly and may mean rooms heat unexpectedly or do not heat up at all.


Step 2

Select the Wireless Radiator Valve which has been assigned incorrectly.

The Doctor will ask you to select the relevant device


Step 3

The Wireless Radiator Valve channel is assigned to the following rooms. Please select the one room you wish to control with this channel.

The Doctor will ask you to select a zone


Step 4

The Genius Hub will now unassign the Wireless Radiator Valve channel from all zones.

The Doctor will remove the device from the zone


Step 5

The Genius Hub will now assign the Wireless Radiator Valve channel to the correct zone.

The Doctor will now assign the device to a zone
