If you would like to change your username or password or have forgotten your user name or password, follow the steps below.

Step-by-step guide - Reset forgotten password

 

  1. Visit https://hub.heatgenius.co.uk/password-reset
  2. Enter your username
  3. You will receive an email (to the address that you entered when registering the system), containing a link
  4. The link will be valid for 24 hours. Click the link and you will be prompted to enter your new password.

Step-by-step guide - Change username / password

 

  1. Visit https://www.heatgenius.co.uk/update-details/
  2. Enter your username and password to log in
  3. You can now choose to change your user name / password / other registration details
