One of the channels of the Dual Channel Receiver has been assigned to 2 or more zones. This will stop the Dual Channel Receiver working properly and may mean rooms heat unexpectedly or do not heat up at all.
To remove the Dual Channel Receiver channel from the additional zones make a note of the following steps to carry out when you exit the doctor.
Click on the Issues Tile and make a note of the locations of the Dual Channel Receiver and the Channel Number.
In the example above, Channel 1 of Dual Channel Receiver 2 has been assigned to My House (to call the boiler on) and Kitchen (by mistake). For the Dual Channel Receiver to control the heating correctly, it needs to be removed from the zone ‘Kitchen’ so that it is only assigned to a single zone.
To remove the Channel from the extra zone, navigate to the zone which will have the Channel removed. Click on the Zone sub-menu and click ‘Zone Setup’.
Find the Channel in the list (listed as Output On/Off) and click on the ‘Bin’ icon.
