Can I buy smart plugs from anyone else as well as Heat Genius?
We would only recommend the plugs which we sell on our site.
Because the system uses the open European Z-wave standard, you can theoretically use any z-wave EU compatible power socket to boost the signal, but only the ones that we sell can be controlled from the app when it comes to turning them on and off.
