| First, ping the device:
Select the Powered Room Thermostat you want to check
Click on the Device sub-menu (3 dots)
Select Ping and confirm |
Wake up the device by removing the front white cover. To do this put a flat-bladed screwdriver in the slot on the underside of the Ensure the Powered Room Thermostat and level the cover away from the device and up. Then press and hold the clear button at the top left for 2 secondsis communicating with the Genius Hub by pressing the middle button once.
