If you have a house with thick walls or a very large house we would recommend that the Genius Hub is located in direct range of the Single Channel Receiver or Dual Channel Receiver. This means that if any of the smart plugs that are used to boost the signal become unplugged the Genius Hub can still retain control of your boiler. The Genius Hub requirers a power supply and an internet connection with an ethernet cable. To get the internet into another room you can use a power line adapter which uses the mains power cables in the property's wiring to transmit the internet from one room to another. These plugs usually come in a pair, one is plugged in next to the broadband router and the other can be plugged into any room where you want the internet.
