HUB Credentials Incorrect

Step 1

You have entered an incorrect username or password.

The first things to check are:

  1. The capitalisation, as both the username and password are case-sensitive.
  2. Ensure there are no extra spaces either side of the username or password, especially if you use auto-fill.
  3. Re-type the username and password, in case of a mistaken button press.

If you cannot remember the correct username and password combination:

  • On the login screen, select 'Forgotten Password'
  • The first page will allow you to reset the password.
  • If you don't know the username, this can be changed by clicking the link at the bottom of the password reset page.
