  • Is the phone/tablet/computer connected to the internet?
  • Is the Genius Hub connected to the broadband router and powered on?
  • Check that there is Internet in the house (visit Google on a web browser connected to the local WiFi and search for something).
  • Check that the Ethernet cables are plugged in – remove and replace a few times to remove any dust.
  • Reboot your broadband router and wait 10 minutes for it to come back online.
  • Turn off the Genius Hub at the plug wait 10 seconds and then power it on, wait 10 more minutes for it to reconnect to the Heat Genius servers
